Yes. All sessions are virtual via Zoom (video or phone depending on your preference), making it easy to fit coaching into your schedule.

What ages do you work with?

College to late 30s. I specialize in working with young professionals, Millennials, and Gen Z, but I’ve also coached professionals of all ages who are ready to make a change or accelerate their careers.

How can your consultation help me?

I will tell you the truth and give you an unbiased third party opinion. I am not your manager, co-worker, parent or friend. You can think of me as a consultant, coach, and mentor. I am here to help you gain clarity on your career goals, develop practical strategies, and build the confidence to take action. From job searches to promotions, coaching gives you the tools and accountability to succeed faster.
