My Experience

I started at the very bottom learning the value of grit, persistence, and showing up even when no one was watching. My over decade long career has taken me across coasts, from New York City to California through slow-paced and fast-paced environments (retail, media, advertising, and more), female-led teams and male-led teams, and eventually into roles where I both deliver results and lead others. Along the way, I’ve managed multi-million-dollar campaigns, led cross-functional projects, and seen firsthand what it takes to thrive in supportive workplaces (and survive in chaotic, competitive ones).

Growing up, I watched the first generation of women break into industries like tech through my mother’s example, learning early the importance of resilience, strategy, and knowing your worth. I’ve participated in a year-long leadership mentorship program, attended workshops, and worked alongside executive leaders who became mentors to me. And as a mother, I understand the challenge of balancing career growth with family life.

That’s why I founded Young Professionals Consulting: to help Millennials, Gen Z, and the rising workforce navigate their careers with clarity and confidence. I provide actionable strategies, real-world insights, and a supportive approach to help you earn promotions, build influence, and grow in ways that are both professional and personal.
